About This Project

Overview: A multi-channel marketing case study highlighting Muze Healthcare Marketing’s strategic approach to boosting client engagement and ROI in the healthcare sector. Muze is a fictional company that aims to help mental health therapists grow their client base through strategic digital marketing strategies.

Context: Faced with the challenge of navigating complex healthcare regulations and a competitive market, Muze implemented an integrated marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and patient outreach. This multi-channel marketing strategy was part of my digital marketing course at CareerFoundry.

Role: Managed campaign strategy, content development, and data analysis across multiple platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging and regulatory compliance.

Campaign Objective: Drive patient acquisition and retention through targeted digital, social, and offline marketing initiatives tailored to the unique needs of healthcare providers.

Deliverables: Created a comprehensive marketing plan with digital ads, SEO-optimized content, social media management, email campaigns, and performance tracking to measure campaign success.
